New SOAD?

New SOAD?

Literally just yesterday I was driving in my car on the way to work listening to Octane when System of a Down's "Sugar" came on. I was rocking out and didn't want to stop listening but had to because I was late. But it made me think... "Man, when are these dudes gonna put out some new music?" and then low and behold we get this...

and this...

Such a tease!! Are they planning new music? A new tour?! No one knows... YET. But I'm sure all will be revealed soon. Let's just hope this isn't the same some sort of cocktease that MCR just pulled on their fans with the anniversary of The Black Parade.

We can only hope that System has some new music and an upcoming tour planned. The rock world needs these guys again and we can't keep listening to 'Chop Suey' to get us revved up before every concert. Ok, maybe we can, but let's add some new SOAD to that playlist! You know what I'm talking about... you're in the crowd at a concert, the music is playing while you're anxiously awaiting the band to hit the stage. Some songs get a little play from the crowd, but the second 'Chop Suey' hits those speakers the crowd is jamming right along singing every single word, fists in the air, banging their heads as if System was on stage right in front of them. Sadly, the song ends and the mini concert going on in your head is done. On that note, let's enjoy some 'Chop Suey' while we wait to see what these guys have in store for us!

Twenty One Pilots - Heathens LIVE

Check out footage of the first live performance of their song Heathens, taken by YouTuber "two happyboys" at the show on June 28th in Charlotte, North Carolina.

They dropped the official video last week giving you a sneak peak of some Suicide Squad footage.  Suicide Squad, starring Jared Leto, Will Smith, Cara Delevingne, and Viola Davis hits theaters on August 5th. Check out the official video below:

Twenty One Pilots are hitting up the Greek Theatre in Berkeley on June 21st and 22nd.

Bring Me The Horizon - Avalanche

Bring Me The Horizon - Avalanche

Bring Me The Horizon just released their video for "Avalanche" off their 5th studio album That's The Spirit. Oli and the boys bring you a sneak peek into their live show. Front row seat, back row seat, view from the stage, camera man... you're covered. I'm a sucker for the live show music videos, if done well they make you feel like you're there experiencing the show with the rest of the crowd. Or if you're broke and can't afford a concert ticket they give you a taste of what you're missing out on. Love this song and love the video. I'll be watching this on repeat from my desk at work pretending I'm at a BMTH concert instead of well... work. Thanks the the mini escape dudes!
